Over the years, many great partnerships have formed. Proctor and Gamble in 1837, The Wright Brothers in 1903, Batman & Robin in 1940.. and in 2023 The Stride Guys. They may not provide supplies for soldiers, innovate new ways of travel or wear tights to beat up bad guys…but they sure can help make your dreams of owning a home come true. Two guys with a combined 20 years of experience in the housing industry, a balanced skill set, and an unprcedented value on customer service are on a mission to be a standard in the industry. Jason Lorch

Jason started on his mortgage career as a loan processor, managing every detail of each file he saw and gaining a deep understanding of the intricacies of the underwriting process. Armed with this knowledge, he now assists in creating loan strategies that not only align with underwriters’ requirements but also align with each client’s personal financial goals. Jason teaches personal finance fundamentals through a local nonprofit organization, so his clients’ financial well-being is a high priority for him. Beyond the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, serving as a life group and youth group leader in his church, and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Tyler Richard -Partner

Tyler Richard is a 31 year old Loan Officer in the DFW area who has been in and around the real estate business for 12 years. Once a real estate agent in Texas and Georgia, Tyler decided to turn to the finance side with the objective to bring together his vast network of real estate professionals and help battle a tough yet ever-changing market. Tyler is married and has 4 beautiful children, coaches football basketball and soccer at a junior high and high school, and spends a lot of time working with a youth ministry at his church in Fort Worth.
